How to Apply
Maintenance & Optimization
Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations on plant equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot faults and optimize performance of electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
Interpret wiring diagrams and perform circuit installations for new and existing equipment.
Plan and execute maintenance tasks, including spare part requisitions.
Support continuous improvement of plant equipment and processes.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures and legal regulations.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report hazards and near-miss incidents.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Teamwork & Support
Collaborate with process operators and mechanical teams.
Offer technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
Be available for standby or emergency callouts.
Participate in ongoing skills and team development initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Working knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), especially Siemens S7.
Familiarity with SCADA and BOTEC systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Minimum: FTC in Electrical Engineering
Preferred: FTC (Electrical or Electromechanical) + Brewing Diploma (Level I & II)
Training:
Basic maintenance training from manufacturer (2–3 months on-the-job)
Preferred: Siemens S7 PLC basic training (3–6 months on-the-job)
Experience:
Minimum of 1–2 years experience as an Electrician in a plant or manufacturing setting
