Technical Support: Provide support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and assisting with IT-related queries.
System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining IT systems, including updating software, managing system configurations, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Network Support: Help in monitoring network performance, resolving connectivity issues, and supporting network infrastructure maintenance.
Data Management: Assist with data entry, database management, and data analysis tasks, ensuring data integrity and security.
Documentation: Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides to help streamline operations and assist end-users.
Project Assistance: Participate in various IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, providing support and gaining practical experience.
Learning and Development: Actively engage in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to develop IT skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT professionals, including network administrators, system analysts, and software developers, to support departmental goals.
Security Monitoring: Assist in monitoring cybersecurity threats, help in implementing security measures, and support the response to potential security incidents.
User Education: Help educate end-users on best practices for using IT resources and adhering to security protocols.

Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to information technology, computer science, or a similar field. Some internships may require specific coursework or a certain academic standing.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT concepts, including knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking fundamentals, and common software applications.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, end-users, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
