Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for achieving sales targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices. They will manage cash and inventory efficiently, provide technical support to customers, and uphold retail operational standards, especially around finance controls and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, marketing skills, and be solution-oriented to address client needs effectively.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate daily stock balance.
Manage daily cash float and account for all sales.
Support the implementation of customer experience strategies to boost sales.
Offer technical support to customers, especially in the configuration of data devices.
Uphold customer relationship management practices.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
