Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for sourcing new business, servicing accounts, and fulfilling orders for Faiba Fixed services. The position demands continuous engagement with the market through reporting, intelligence gathering, and customer relationship management. Agents will be expected to resolve customer issues, provide recommendations to management, and maintain accurate sales records. Success in this role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and a commitment to reaching performance targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business leads to grow sales
Maintain and service existing customer accounts
Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory performance analyses
Monitor and report on market trends including competitor activities and pricing
Suggest innovations in products and services to improve customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and report feedback
Keep up-to-date and accurate records of sales activity
Collaborate with the team to ensure overall sales objectives are met
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in sales, customer service, or merchandising
Skills and Competencies:
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong team player with a client-centered mindset
Proactive with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Effective multitasking and time management skills
Strong organizational and planning ability
