Job Description
Reporting to the Shop Team Leader, the Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for achieving sales targets for airtime, device acquisitions, and subscriptions. The role involves managing inventory and daily cash floats, providing excellent customer experience, and offering basic technical support. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, results-driven, and able to build strong customer relationships. The DSA will work within company finance and operational guidelines to ensure accuracy, accountability, and excellent service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Generate sales of company products and services to meet set targets
Manage daily sales and monitor inventory and consignment stock
Maintain an accurate daily cash float
Support and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales
Offer basic technical support, including configuration of data devices
Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
