Job Description
Working within the Digital & IT Department, the intern will translate briefs into compelling visuals; create and adapt assets for social, web and occasional print; prepare files to the right formats/sizes; iterate based on feedback; and organize templates and asset libraries. The role collaborates closely with producers, editors and marketers during brainstorming, pre-production and publishing to ensure consistent storytelling, layout, color and typography across platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design social/web/occasional print assets (posts, thumbnails, banners, infographics).
Turn concepts and directions into clear visual treatments and story-led designs.
Adapt creatives to platform specs; uphold brand guidelines in layout, color and typography.
Maintain organized files, templates and asset libraries for team reuse.
Participate in creative brainstorms; incorporate feedback and deliver to deadlines.
Support basic publishing/hand-off of assets to content and web teams.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong visual/creative skills with keen attention to layout, color theory and typography.
Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual designs.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
Collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, organized and deadline-driven.
