Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, key messaging, channels, and tactics to reach and engage potential customers effectively.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and optimize digital content such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Develop content calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics and conversations.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Paid Advertising: Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others. Set campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Create compelling email content, segment email lists, automate email workflows, and analyze email performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation software. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience. Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and usability studies to optimize landing pages, forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other elements of the conversion funnel.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, tools, and best practices. Continuously learn and experiment with new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Competencies
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business administration, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) may be preferred.
Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics across various channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, content marketing, PPC advertising). Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is essential.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills are necessary for analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are important for developing engaging digital content, campaigns, and strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling digital content, communicating with team members and stakeholders, and presenting ideas and results effectively.
Project Management: Strong project management skills are necessary for managing multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines and objectives.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital marketing landscape, technologies, and consumer behaviors. Willingness to learn new skills, experiment with new tactics, and pivot strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Attention to Detail: A keen attention to detail is required for executing digital marketing campaigns accurately, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, design, development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to achieve digital marketing goals and objectives.
