Job Description
The Digital Marketer/Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging digital campaigns across social media platforms, creating high-quality multimedia content, and enhancing brand awareness for Spitze’s real estate projects. The successful candidate will manage digital marketing tools, handle community engagement, optimize content for SEO, and track the performance of campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong visual content creation skills, digital marketing experience, and a proactive approach to trends and analytics in a fast-paced environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Create and edit visual and multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, blog posts)
Manage social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
Foster online engagement by responding to comments and messages
Monitor and enhance SEO and web traffic metrics
Launch and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads)
Produce engaging, SEO-friendly copy for various platforms
Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Align content with business goals in collaboration with other departments
Track digital KPIs and report on campaign performance
Stay current with digital marketing and real estate trends

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or content creation
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
Experience with SEO, email marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
Basic HTML and web management knowledge is a plus
Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Must be resident in Abuja
