Job Description
The Digital and Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and managing online campaigns. The role involves developing content strategies for blogs, webinars, and case studies, optimizing the company’s website, and overseeing creative design. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the implementation of strategies that contribute to the growth and visibility of Success Africa in its respective markets. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be eligible to work in Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
Lead content creation for blogs, webinars, case studies, and other digital platforms.
Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing efforts.
Manage the organization’s website, ensuring content is updated and relevant.
Provide creative direction for design, ensuring consistency with branding.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Ensure all digital marketing activities align with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing (experience in B2B or HR industry is a plus).
Proven success in SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing.
Strong content strategy experience (blogs, webinars, case studies).
Website management and creative design skills.
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English.
A proactive, committed, and creative mindset.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
