MISSION SPERANTA ... was founded in 1994, at the initiative of the brothers Marius and Gabriel Gorcea - the main components of the SPERANTA group. It all started with a missionary tour organized by SPERANțA in Romania, and this moment was the starting point for many missionary actions. In 1994, Marius and Gabriel Gorcea arrived in Romania to support a series of Christian music programs in numerous localities in Romania. But the first trip was also occasioned by the transfer from Canada to Romania of two containers with clothing, food and medicine. In all the localities where meetings were organized, the missionary team joined by brothers Marius and Gabi sought to distribute food, medicine or clothing packages to the most needy families. It was a welcome action, as the period of 1993-1994 was particularly critical for Romanians.

Responsibilities
Performing dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals and filling cavities.
Complete referrals, data collections instruments and other records or documents as required
Dental Implant case diagnosis, treatment and long term follow up
Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, performing regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a plan for better dental hygiene.
Correcting bite issues and overcrowding.
Applying helpful agents to teeth such as sealants or whiteners.
Prescribing medications for dental problems such as pain medications or antibiotics.
Giving clients sedatives or anesthesia prior to administering treatments.
Using tools such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth.
Keeping records relating to the oral health of patients and the treatments given to them

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have at least a diploma of Dental Surgery, registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council and a Valid License.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and diagnostics.
Good management skills.
Ability to speak local language
Flexibility to work long hours which may occasionally extend beyond normal working hours in order to complete critical tasks.
