Implement and supervisor Core locations Operations & maintenance, Projects design, activity planning, Core locations spares /Inventory control , Projects quality , Passive RFI &Survey and Core location standards assurance .
Passive Outage analysis, trouble shooting, RCA and reporting.
Routine Power audits, checks and reporting.
Preventive, Predictive & corrective maintenance implementation and supervision.
On site passive routine systems checks and reporting.
Responsible and accountable for Passive spares at Core locations.
Monitors the performance of passive contractors and ensures delivery within the agreed SLAs.
Activity planning, impact analysis and quality assurance.
Make routine visits to review contractor performance.
Ensures Core locations standards are adhered to by all Location users.
Passive Survey and RFI support.
Project BOQs Validation.
Suggests and innovates OPEX reduction projects.
Implements, monitors and supervisors key OPEX reduction projects.
Taking stock of customer (internal/external) requests
Reviewing customer requirements.
Core location Access management.
Ensure adherence to the company processes.
Ensures compliance to partner contracts and escalates where improvements are required.
Ensures Occupational health and safety standards adherence at all core locations.

Bachelor of Engineering degree or related fields.
Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness.
Is able to guide and transfer knowledge.
Analytical and Presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Leadership Skills.
