Job Description
As a Customer Care Representative at nahco aviance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers. Your role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, offering after-sales support, and sharing information about products and services. You will follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, escalate unresolved issues where necessary, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. You will also troubleshoot common issues and identify opportunities to upsell beneficial services or products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide introductory product or service information to prospective and new customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
Follow up with clients via phone or email post-purchase to confirm satisfaction
Suggest relevant products or services to meet client needs
Determine quick and effective solutions for customer questions or problems
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors
Troubleshoot common service-related problems
Work collaboratively with other Customer Service Representatives and departments to resolve customer concerns
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field
2 – 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution
