CS&PS Core Network reconciliation of subscriber data from various systems, for finance and revenue assurance, e.g. CRM, HLR/HSS, CDRs, Roaming records, etc. for billing reconciliation, reconciliation of subscriber accounts, validation of data, etc.
Plan, build and maintain CS and PS Core network, to ensure adequate capacity and functionality to support the business goals and carry the projected traffic.
Responsible for corrective maintenance, configuration updates, loading patch updates, installation of new software, enabling new functionality, etc. and testing to ensure proper system functionality and reliability.
Provide L-1/L-2 Incident and Problem Management including Emergency Service Restoration.
Carry out RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for any incidents, and promptly communicate with stakeholders and vendors until problem resolution.
Manage CS & PS Core Network Equipment hardware installation, software installation/upgrades, standalone commissioning is done in liaison with equipment vendors to deliver the desired network functionality and capacity (including GSNs, PGW, CG, MSC, MME, HSS, MGW, USN, UGW, STP, NFV platforms, etc.)
Monitoring to ensure the network KPIs meet service quality, carrying out routine preventive maintenance for CS & PS Core Network elements and sub-systems, to meet set quality standards, and prevent/reduce incidents that lead to downtime and outages.
Managing the SLA, for escalation to vendors and other stakeholder for performance improvement.
Preparation and Execution of Change Management activities within the network to improve the service delivery and QoS
Technical support for Commissioning, Integration, System Acceptance Testing (SAT), CS Core Network elements (MSS, HSS, MGW, etc) and PS network elements UGW, USN. Knowledge of Cloud-based and NFV architecture for CS & PS Core network deployments versus ATCA platforms, will be an essential requirement for the role.
Providing timely daily, weekly & monthly status reports on network performance, project progress to key stakeholders, and reporting any issues for management’s attention and escalation and resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
Must have over 5 years' experience in telecommunications core network (CS, PS, IMS, HLR, MSS)
Good knowledge of IP data network, NOC operations, SLA and SOPs management.
Good troubleshooting skills that is fault management and rectified to meet the required SLAs.
Knowledge in Huawei based IMS core network, SGSN / MME / GGSN / PCRF
Sound knowledge of CS/PS Core & IP Transport Planning, Optimization, Performance management & hardware installations of MSS, HLR, STP, SGSN, GGSN and the Media Gateway.
Performance & capacity monitoring, Vendor, configuration & project Management
Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, GSM / UMTS / LTE systems Access and EPC Architecture
Good understanding of network CAPEX/OPEX fundamentals
Great Experience in NSS/Core Network Equipment Software Installations/Upgrades of MSC, HLR, and the Media Gateway and License loading.
