Job Description
The Creative Strategist will optimize and systematize WKND Digital’s creative production workflow. This involves designing detailed SOPs, building Miro-based creative systems, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and integrating AI tools (like Runway, 11 Labs, Pika Art). Working cross-functionally with departments such as Paid Media, Email/SMS, and CRO, the contractor will spearhead scalable content strategies, implement automated creative processes, and mentor the creative team.
The position demands strategic thinking, hands-on editing capability, and leadership in AI-enhanced creative work. The candidate will act as a researcher and collaborator, interfacing with both internal teams and external partners. The role begins as a contract and could evolve into a full-time position depending on performance and fit.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and document SOPs for the creative production, editing, and iteration processes
Use Miro to design workflows and team organization charts
Build optimized workflows for cross-departmental collaboration
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in current creative processes
Collaborate with Paid Media, Email/SMS, and CRO departments to ensure alignment
Work 1 hour/day with clients and 1 hour/day with creative editors to identify gaps
Lead creative content iteration and editing (1 hour/day)
Conduct daily 15-minute syncs with leadership
Attend weekly strategic meetings (Black Ops, executive syncs)
Integrate and train team on AI tools (Runway, 11 Labs, Pika Art)
Utilize the Eunoia DTC copywriting system to automate creative strategy
Lead the design and execution of scalable, repeatable content models
Provide gap analyses, iterative creative improvements, and strategy documentation
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in creative strategy, workflow optimization, and team leadership
Strong background in digital content production and editing
Proficiency with Miro or similar project visualization tools
Familiarity with AI tools in creative production (e.g., 11 Labs, Runway, Pika Art)
Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with an automation-first mindset
Ability to manage creative teams and mentor talent
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
