Job Description
TotalEnergies EP Uganda is looking to offer internships to university students currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study and would require a work placement as part of their course of study
Provide support to the Business Development and Corporate Affairs Department the area of corporate affairs
Duties and Responsibilities
To support the Corporate Affairs team in the implementation of the stakeholder engagement strategy and the social investment program.
To assist in the preparation and dissemination of communication materials, such as newsletters, press releases, brochures, presentations, etc.
To conduct research and analysis on relevant topics, such as media trends, stakeholder perceptions, social issues, etc.
To participate in the organization and facilitation of internal and external events, such as workshops, meetings, trainings, etc.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the Corporate Affairs Manager or the Head of Corporate Affairs.

Qualifications and Competencies
Selection criteria
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree program from recognized National Universities
Must provide an introduction letter from the University and a copy of student Current academic scores must reflect a potensal minimum of an upper second-class degree
Must provide a partial transcript/copy of academic scores to-date
Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period
Excellent verbal and numeracy skills and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Must write and submit an internship application letter
