Job Description

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will oversee assigned enterprise client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy. This includes acting as a strategic advisor, building customized security testing programs, and aligning Cobalt’s offerings with customer business goals. The role involves collaborating with sales on renewals and upsell opportunities, managing escalations, monitoring service execution, and delivering key performance outcomes for clients. The CSM will serve as the voice of the customer, interfacing directly with internal and external C-level executives. This is a fast-paced role requiring adaptability, commercial acumen, and a consulting mindset.
