Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Manco Business Talent Partner, this role is embedded within the Manco HR Services Function. The OD and Performance Partner will work closely with leaders in the Group Finance and Corporate Services business units to drive organization design, strategic workforce planning, and performance initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining organizational structures, developing and implementing performance management programs, conducting analytics and reporting, and collaborating with global HR functions to ensure compliance and consistency across practices. The role is highly strategic, requiring business acumen, project management, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Governance & Strategy:
Provide input into strategic meetings and enterprise-wide transformation.
Support preparation of SLAs, KPIs, and change initiatives.
Escalate and provide solutions to critical service delivery issues.
Organization Design:
Maintain organization structures and job profiles.
Develop and implement job evaluation and transition strategies.
Analyze headcount and ensure alignment with budgets and strategic goals.
Workforce Planning & Analytics:
Support the development and monitoring of functional HR budgets.
Prepare workforce metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Optimize resource allocation across functions.
Performance Management:
Implement the global performance management framework.
Guide line managers in effective people performance practices.
Monitor goal setting, moderation, and compliance with schedules.
Collaboration & Delivery:
Partner with global teams to localize and deliver OD and performance strategies.
Maintain strong relationships within HR and across departments.
Facilitate cross-border collaboration and manage escalations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
A minimum of a 3-year tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent.
Professional certification/accreditation in organization design or performance management is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR within a telecommunications or similar environment, with specialization in OD and performance.
Proven experience in project management and business partnering.
Experience working across cultures and in medium to large organizations.
Competencies:
Strong business and financial acumen.
Deep understanding of HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, and organization effectiveness.
Ability to design functional KPIs and performance frameworks.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
