The LWF Uganda Program is looking for qualified and experienced person to provide consultancy services.
Project Management:
Overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of consultancy projects.
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serving as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing updates on project status.
Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Research and Analysis:
Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to understand client requirements, industry trends, and best practices.
Analyzing data and information to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Developing recommendations and actionable insights based on research findings to support client decision-making.
Documentation and Reporting:
Preparing project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and project plans.
Generating regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Documenting project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Team Coordination and Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to execute project tasks and deliverables.
Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring effective coordination among team members.
Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive project progress and innovation.
