The LWF Uganda Program is looking for qualified and experienced person to provide consultancy services.

Project Management:

  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of consultancy projects.

  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.

  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.


Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing updates on project status.

  • Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to understand client requirements, industry trends, and best practices.

  • Analyzing data and information to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Developing recommendations and actionable insights based on research findings to support client decision-making.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Preparing project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and project plans.

  • Generating regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Documenting project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.


Team Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to execute project tasks and deliverables.

  • Assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring effective coordination among team members.

  • Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive project progress and innovation.
