Project Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that construction activities adhere to industry standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Implement quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality workmanship.
Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses to control costs effectively.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Communication:
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
