Construction Site Supervisor job at Aldelia

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, a solid engineering foundation, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction sites.

Project Oversight:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.


Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.

  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that construction activities adhere to industry standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
