Job Description
Maintain proper record and reporting system for revenue and sales
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain proper record and reporting system for revenue and sales
Timely compile and provide commercial division reports including sales, banking, fraud, stock, KPI’s, inventory models, sales models and 8 miles aged receivable accounts.
Ensure sales are timely and accurately posted in NAV system.
Ensure receipts and deposits are timely and accurately posted into NAV system.
Reconciliation of customers, banking’s branch ledgers from the NAV system.
Provision of the monthly end sales report – VAT Return
Reconciliation of sales ledger, Trade and other receivables ledger balance
Ensure compliance to the petty cash policy at the branches
Detailed and proper follow up on credit customers
Invoicing of credit customers.
Tracking of payment collection from credit customers.
Qualifications and Competencies
Education & Training
Degree in BBA, B. Com or related studies
Professional qualification ACCA, CPA level 2 is an added advantage
Skills & Experience
Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in similar role and in a busy setting
Strong Leadership skills
Business acumen
Budgeting knowledge
Analytical mind with problem solving skills
Knowledge of sales and revenue processes
Knowledge of NAV system is an added advantage
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Organizational and planning skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent reporting and recording skills.
Willingness to regularly travel across region (s) of operation
