  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to commercial clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services offered. Customize presentations to align with client needs and preferences.

  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to commercial clients, outlining pricing, terms, and conditions. Negotiate contract terms and close deals to secure new business opportunities and revenue streams.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and sales cycle, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages from prospecting to closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contacts, and interactions in CRM systems or sales databases.

  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the commercial market segment. Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.

  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales revenue and track performance against targets and objectives. Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor progress, identify trends, and evaluate sales effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, customer support, and finance to support sales initiatives and deliver value to commercial clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.

  • Customer Service and Support: Provide ongoing customer service and support to commercial clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and fostering positive relationships.

  • Market Expansion and Growth: Explore opportunities for market expansion and growth within the commercial segment, including targeting new industries, verticals, or geographic regions. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.

  • Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the organization's products, services, and industry trends. Keep abreast of competitor offerings, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to effectively position the organization's offerings and differentiate them from competitors.

  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies in all sales activities and interactions with clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry regulations relevant to commercial sales.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with good working knowledge of freight forwarding services including ocean, road and air freight (import & export), customs brokerage, courier and related services. O Proficiency in using related computer applications.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Advanced training or professional certification is a plus

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
