A City Tour Guide leads groups of tourists around popular vacation destinations and local points of interest. Their role involves public speaking, organizing group trips, and ensuring a memorable experience for visitors. As a guide, you’ll engage with diverse groups of people, often working with tourists who may not fluently speak the local language.

You will be responsible for offering a variety of tours that cover the most interesting and beautiful places in the city. As a City Guide you must be knowledgeable, friendly, and fluent in English. You will make sure you our clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Planning and organizing tours according to the interests, needs and budget of the clients.
Researching and learning about the history, culture, landmarks and attractions of the city.
Communicating effectively and clearly with the clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues.
Providing commentary and narration during the tour, using engaging and informative techniques.
Ensuring the safety and comfort of the clients, following the rules and regulations of the city and the tour company.
Handling emergencies and unexpected situations, such as traffic, weather, accidents or health issues.
Evaluating the feedback and satisfaction of the clients, and improving the quality of the service accordingly.
