Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term technology vision of AIDEC Digital. The role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver digital solutions that meet market demands and customer needs. Key duties include managing the development and scaling of products, ensuring security and performance of tech infrastructure, leading engineering teams, staying ahead of technological trends, and representing the company in technical discussions with stakeholders. The CTO will also oversee cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance, manage vendor relationships, and be accountable for the technology budget.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement AIDEC Digital’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and scaling of digital products and platforms.
Lead and build high-performing technical and engineering teams.
Monitor emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and high-performing.
Manage cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, and data governance.
Oversee cybersecurity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Represent the company in technical engagements with clients, partners, and investors.
Develop and manage the technology budget efficiently.
Promote innovation, agility, and collaboration across the tech team.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles.
Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior executive or CTO position, preferably in tech or digital solutions.
Expertise in software engineering, product lifecycle management, and systems architecture.
Proven experience in scaling platforms and tech teams.
Proficiency in modern technologies (cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, data analytics, APIs, cybersecurity).
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
