Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of implementation and consolidation of a multi-year intervention and coordinate all partners and their efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact to the donor and public, private and non-government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the contract, including financial tracking and oversight of partner budgets, finance, administration and reporting to the donor
- Ensure the project is designed and implemented to meet donor expectations in terms of timely and quality results and budget
- Effectively lead and manage the Consortium Management Unit (CMU), manage team dynamics and staff well-being
- Chair the Steering Committee and regularly give updates on important developments
- Manage budgets and interventions of various donors while maintaining excellent donor relations
- Gather and disseminate data, information, policies, reports and best practices to assist relevant actors in planning their work
- Lead the development of a policy and advocacy strategy and coordination of information campaigns
- Lead on the development of the governance structure and disbursement scheme strategy of the Localisation Acceleration Fund
