Qualifications and Requirements
Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of visionary leadership, developing and executing growth strategies in dynamic environments.
Digital Marketplaces: Significant experience in leadership roles within digital marketplaces or technology-driven platforms is crucial. Understanding the dynamics of online marketplaces, user acquisition, and revenue optimization is highly desirable.
Years of Experience: A minimum of six years of relevant professional experience in strategic leadership, driving sales, partnerships, and successful implementation of growth initiatives, preferably within digital marketplaces or agricultural sector is required.
Revenue Optimization: Demonstrated expertise in optimizing revenue streams, diversifying income sources, and driving financial growth within a digital marketplace or similar industry.
Partnership Development: Strong network and experience in cultivating strategic partnerships with key players in the agricultural ecosystem, government bodies, and international organizations.
