Checker Operator-Jinja job at ABInBev

Job Description

The key purpose of this role is to load, unload and stack materials safely and efficiently while maintaining our governance and Customer service standards also live and understand the values of ABInBev.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key outputs and responsibilities:

To load and offload beer, empties, pallets and any other work as assigned by the supervisor
House keeping
Proper beer and empties stacking
Adherence to PPE use
Routine forklift checks to ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is done
Attending sectional & departmental meetings
Safety and Health

Qualifications and Competencies

Profile:

Education

Minimum a Diploma in Business related course

Experience

3 years of uninterrupted work experience as a driver
Should have satisfactorily completed a basic truck operator training program and is authorized to operate a forklift
Must possess a valid driver’s License, preferably Class G i.e. 2 years’ experience in driving a Forklift and accident free.
