Job Description
The Channel Marketing Manager will build and manage scalable channel marketing programs, develop multi-channel campaigns, create co-branded marketing materials, and oversee partner communications. They will serve as a strategic marketing advisor to internal teams and external partners, manage partner enablement, and ensure robust program performance analytics and optimization. This position collaborates cross-functionally across departments and external vendors to ensure smooth marketing program execution. The role requires strong B2B marketing experience, deep understanding of digital and content marketing, and exceptional project management skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and manage scalable channel marketing programs aligned with growth goals.
Develop and lead multi-channel, co-branded campaigns and manage associated creative development.
Collaborate with internal teams to create partner marketing materials (presentations, emails, social media content, landing pages).
Manage effective partner communications for promotions, product launches, and events.
Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, providing marketing guidance and best practices.
Maintain partner marketing portals with updated resources and tools.
Build strong relationships with partner marketing teams and manage marketing performance reviews.
Develop KPIs and analyze marketing-influenced pipeline metrics.
Recommend tactics to optimize program ROI and engagement.
Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Events, Sales, and Creative teams.
Engage and manage external vendors and agencies as necessary.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in channel, partner, or alliance marketing.
Strong understanding of demand generation, digital strategy, and content marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $95,000 - $146,000 annually (based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
