The main duties of this job are to supervise and monitor the outgrower sugarcane farmers, to provide them with technical guidance and support, to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards and contractual obligations, and to liaise with the Field Officer – Cane Transport for timely delivery of cane to the factory.

A Cane Officer – Outgrowers should have a Bsc or Diploma in Agriculture, at least five years of experience in sugarcane production, and a valid driving permit class B.
