Job Description
Job Title: Call Center Agents (Several No Experience Diploma Jobs)
Organisation: Silver-Dean Co. Ltd
Duty Station: Kololo, Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Resolving customer inquiries.
Providing product or service information.
Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A diploma or degree in customer service, business, or related fields.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to speak fluently in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
