Job Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive exceptional financial solutions tailored to their needs. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting loan and investment products, and acting as a liaison between clients and the institution. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, self-confident, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell the company’s loan and investment products

  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain consistent contact with prospective and existing clients

  • Provide accurate financial advice and recommend value-added services to customers

  • Manage a customer portfolio by addressing inquiries, complaints, and service needs

  • Liaise with the Credit Risk Department to monitor and support customer loan activities

  • Promote and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Resolve complex queries and complaints effectively and efficiently

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education & Experience:
