Job Summary: Our client, an established and fast-growing organization, is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-oriented, and passionate about unlocking new opportunities.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Track, analyze, and report on business performance and growth KPIs

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks

  • High level of initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
