Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion of C Care’s Radiology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Growth.
Promote C Care’s Radiology services to hospitals and healthcare institutions to meet assigned targets.
Meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
Identify customer pain points and ensure resolution.
Client Relationship Management.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Track and monitor customer needs throughout their journey.
Business Development.
Reach out to new hospital and healthcare institution leads through cold calling and networking.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Marketing and Intelligence.
Promote C Care’s Radiology services through various marketing channels.
Gather competitor intelligence and relay to supervisor.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business-related courses, preferably Marketing.
Experience
At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or radiology industry
Knowledge of radiology services and hospital operations is an added advantage
Behavioural Competencies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
