Job Description
Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Sales and Business Development: Working to increase branch revenue and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products or services, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff members, including administrative personnel, customer service representatives, and other team members.
Financial Management: Managing the branch budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that financial targets and goals are met. This may involve preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Sales and Business Development: Working to increase branch revenue and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products or services, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This may include overseeing adherence to licensing requirements, safety regulations, and data protection laws.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing branch inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and optimizing inventory control processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the branch facilities, including building repairs, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for staff and customers.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing branch performance metrics, such as sales figures, customer satisfaction ratings, and operational efficiency indicators. Prepare regular reports for management to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration between the branch and other departments or locations within the organization. This may involve coordinating with headquarters, regional offices, or external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them. This could include assessing security risks, implementing safety protocols, and developing contingency plans for emergencies or unforeseen events.
Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for branch staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
Community Engagement: Representing the branch within the local community, participating in community events, and building relationships with community stakeholders to enhance the branch's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Related course
