Branch Admins (Accounts assistants) job at Kray Microfinance

Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Sales and Business Development: Working to increase branch revenue and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products or services, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff members, including administrative personnel, customer service representatives, and other team members.

  • Financial Management: Managing the branch budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that financial targets and goals are met. This may involve preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving measures.

  • Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
