Job Description

The Branch Administrator will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the Mbarara office. This includes ensuring top-notch customer service, executing branch-level business strategies, and reporting performance metrics to the head office. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills, and must be fluent in English and several local languages to engage effectively with clients and partners in the region.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Drive business development initiatives to boost revenue and client retention.

  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients and community stakeholders.

  • Execute and support business strategies and initiatives at the branch level.

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely performance reports to head office.

  • Provide leadership to ensure excellent customer care and service quality.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Business Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or revenue-focused roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other ICT tools.

  • Strong background in client relationship management and customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Lunyankole, Kinyarwanda, Rutoro, and Rukiga.

  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn.

  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
