Job Description

At Casa Solada Hotel, we are always excited to expand and grow our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing and serving drinks to guests and customers, following the hotel's standards and recipes.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including the equipment, glassware, inventory and supplies.
Checking the identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age and following the hotel's policies and procedures regarding alcohol service.
Handling cash and credit transactions, using the hotel's point of sale system.
Providing friendly and professional service to guests and customers, answering their questions, taking their orders and making recommendations.
Working cooperatively with other staff members, such as the kitchen, reception and housekeeping teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
