Job Description
The role involves leading client engagements and managing business plans across a portfolio of clients, ensuring the effective delivery of cash, trade, and investor services solutions. The Transaction Banker will perform in-depth analytics, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and serve as the primary contact point for ongoing client needs, product implementation, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include reviewing client portfolios to identify growth opportunities, conducting solution presentations, facilitating commercial terms negotiations, and managing solution delivery documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to business development efforts, and ensure a high level of service and solution uptake.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Transaction Banking engagements and maintain client business plans
Perform analytics to identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Deliver multi-solution offerings in flow banking (Cash, Trade, Investor Services)
Collaborate with Coverage, Product, and other internal teams
Present tailored transaction solutions using standard pitch materials
Ensure solution implementation is completed within required timelines
Maintain communication with clients, tracking revenue and service satisfaction
Act as the first point of contact for all client-related concerns and escalations
Monitor performance against targets and ensure pipeline alignment
Stay informed of institutional investor needs, especially fund and asset managers
Qualifications, Education and Competencies

8. Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification:
Advanced Diploma in Business Commerce or related field
Experience Required:
Experience in sales or transaction banking
Strong knowledge of flow banking products and services
Previous exposure to institutional investors (e.g., Funds, CIS, Asset Managers) is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and business plans
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with client satisfaction tracking, documentation, and CRM tools
