Job Description
The Banker, Transaction will work across multiple clients, industries, and jurisdictions to develop and implement Transaction Banking solutions across all product streams, including Cash, Trade, and IS. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting analytics with a focus on income over a three-year horizon.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by reviewing client portfolios.
Leading Transaction Banking engagements across CIB.
Consolidating client plans and prioritizing solutioning efforts.
Preparing and delivering client pitches, co-ordinating implementation documents, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
Monitoring client revenues and addressing variances in projections.
Championing innovative and sustainable solutions, utilizing insights to inform ESG initiatives.
Driving branding efforts in collaboration with marketing teams to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Commerce
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in:
Understanding macro contexts across jurisdictions.
Adjusting approaches to align with client needs.
Developing and executing client experience strategies.
Utilizing digital and data tools to enhance client experiences.
Informing ESG initiatives aligned with client values.
Competencies:
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
Expertise in Transaction Banking solutions and revenue growth strategies.
