Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system based on ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Conducting internal and external audits, inspections and tests to verify the effectiveness of the quality system and identify areas for improvement.
Preparing and reviewing quality documentation, such as procedures, manuals, reports, records and certificates.
Providing training and guidance to staff on quality-related topics and best practices.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies to address any quality issues or concerns.
Supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in managing the quality team and ensuring adequate resources and equipment are available.

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field.
At least three years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the steel industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other quality software tools.
A certification as a lead auditor, quality engineer or quality manager is an asset.
