The role of the Manager is to oversee end-to-end account opening and account maintenance, Mobile banking, Online banking, standing orders, and deposits as well as offering administrative support to ensure smooth running of the unit.

Ensure accurate and timely data capture for new and existing customers, including KYC requirements, mandates, standing orders, and deposits.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements, for account opening and maintenance.
Respond to customer queries and requests on account-related issues within agreed TAT.
Manage and maintain records and files for account operations, including retrieval, refile, and archival.
Support the implementation of new products, systems, and initiatives related to account operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in account operations or a similar role in a banking environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and banking systems such as NCBA SASA and Omni flow.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
