Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all university property under the designated hall of residence or area of jurisdiction
- Requisition detergents and equipment needed to clean Halls and their surroundings
- Report all malfunctioning, damaged or missing equipment/items in the Halls to the relevant offices
- Uphold health and safety measures in the assigned Halls of residence
- Register, allocate rooms and collect keys at the end of the semester and/or conferences
- Supervise outsourced cleaners assigned to work in Halls of residence to ensure cleanliness
- Oversee students' well-being and make necessary recommendations to the Chaplain, Counsellor, or Director Medical as needed
- Ensure Halls' rules and regulations are upheld by all residents
