Job Description

The role involves assisting in the overall leadership of the hotel’s food and beverage services by executing the brand’s strategies, managing teams, and maintaining high service standards. The Assistant Director ensures departmental goals align with the hotel’s objectives, supports team communication and training, and enhances customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a guest-focused mindset.

The position includes responsibility for developing operating strategies, promoting innovative service delivery, supervising food and beverage teams, reviewing financial performance, enforcing company policies, and ensuring operational compliance. The Assistant Director will be key in driving revenue and fostering a culture of excellence among the F&B staff.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event managementOR

  • 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the relevant areas
