Standard Bank
To lead multiple products or work streams relating to the design and implementation of Cloud solutions, operating across a number of Service Teams across the Group, and proactively engaging with internal stakeholders. To guide and coach less-experienced peers to become more productive and effective team members.
Contractual and Financial Oversight
Monitor financial and legal performance metrics related to property finance deals, ensuring adherence to contract terms, loan covenants, and financial obligations.
Assist in the resolution of issues that may arise during the course of property finance transactions, ensuring legal and financial obligations are met.
Strategic Planning and Business Support
Advise senior management on the legal aspects of strategic business decisions related to property finance, including risk management, potential acquisitions, and investments.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, property development, investment) to align legal advice with business goals.

Leadership experience in driving technical engineering and development teams in the delivery of cloud solutions.
3-4 years
Have experience implementing Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery processes in engineering teams,
Experience leading and integrating test automation into various points in a deployment pipeline,
Prior programming background in at least one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell and Perl.
More than 10 year Require experience in using large scale production systems and technologies, for example load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, micro services, and configuration management.
Designing and executing small to medium scale systems automation projects with strong autonomy.
Be familiar with and enthusiastic for software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Be familiar with systems and configuration management tools.
