Job Description
The Aftersale Service Officer will be responsible for inspecting returned or serviced products for defects and functionality issues. This role involves hands-on testing, basic troubleshooting, and offering responsive technical support to customers. The officer will also be responsible for accurately logging inspection results and service interactions, supporting continuous improvement of Kilimall’s customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

How to Apply
Inspect products thoroughly for defects, damage, and functional issues
Test product functionality to ensure alignment with required specifications
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for customers
Resolve aftersales issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Record inspection outcomes and customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with other departments to follow up on repair or replacement processes
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in aftersales quality inspection, field service, or a similar role
Skills and Competencies:
Sound understanding of electronics and repair basics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
