Job Description
The Administrator/Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative tasks, and supporting different departments. The role involves handling procurement, financial record-keeping, document management, and organizing meetings and training sessions. Additionally, the administrator will oversee HR-related tasks, support bidding processes, manage compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain office cleanliness.

How to Apply
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
Provide administrative support to different departments.
Handle procurement of office supplies and manage office inventory.
Oversee financial and budgetary processes, including petty cash management.
Maintain records of staff, students, and program activities.
Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and events.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Handle basic HR tasks, such as leave management and staff welfare.
Assist in bidding processes, including purchasing newspapers every Tuesday and Thursday for bid announcements.
File statutory returns and manage NSSF documentation.
Prepare and submit quotations.
Ensure general office cleanliness on a daily basis.
Register students who have completed training for Ministry of Education certification exams.
Monitor and renew all company subscriptions, including vehicle third-party insurance, licenses, employee driving/riding permits, trading licenses, company registrations, URA & URSB documentation, and other statutory returns.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
