Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee administrative activities that support efficient office operations and interdepartmental communication. The Admin Officer will manage schedules, organize meetings and travel, ensure office facilities and equipment are well maintained, and coordinate vehicle and logistical services. This role plays a critical part in achieving operational excellence and supporting the refinery's strategic goals.

How to Apply
Manage and coordinate daily administrative functions such as scheduling, meetings, and travel.
Handle internal and external correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Maintain company facilities, office equipment, and furniture.
Supervise and coordinate the use and maintenance of company pool vehicles.
Organize meetings, conferences, and official gatherings, including logistics like venue and catering arrangements.
Facilitate flight bookings (domestic and international) for staff and visitors.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies and facility needs.
Support internal communication and ensure efficient administrative workflow across departments.
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
Professional certification is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
Attributes such as integrity, discretion, openness, empathy, and team collaboration.
