Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing customer accounts, and maintaining financial records
Process and post invoices accurately and timely
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies
Manage customer accounts and address inquiries or concerns
Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and distribute customer statements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Generate financial reports and analysis as required

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
