Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Process invoices, receipts, and expense forms in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards in Uganda.
