The Accountant is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing all aspects of the organizational finance and procurement strategies, policies and practices.

Must work to ensure that the organization has a sound financial management system that creates efficiency and effectiveness and must ensure to handle all the administrative responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Must be Born-Again Christian
Bachelors Degree in a Business course with a specialty in Accounting.
Certificate of completion of at least level two of CPA is an added advantage
At least three years experience in a busy financial management office preferably an NGO.
Knowledgeable about budget monitoring and control.
Has experience in filling all statutory returns.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent inventory management skills.
Track record demonstrating high integrity, innovativeness, creativity, reliability and dependable.
Excellent computer application skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Analytical & Reporting Skills.

Lead Pastor through the finance committee
