To analyze and reconcile Casual/ seasonal workers’ payrolls from the sections for making a payment schedule.

To prepare accrued expenses, provisions, prepayments and mileage journals.

To accurately key in Bank payment vouchers into Sunsystem Accounting Package and in the proper ledger accounts.

To check Cash payments and journals done by the cashier.

To file monthly Returns like VAT, WHT and VAT WHT

To do the daily Invoicing of all local sales and making journals

Reconciling the local issue vouchers, receipts, and gate passes.

To perform any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time by management.
