Job Description
Working within Client Service, the AAE translates client needs into clear briefs for PR, Creative, Media, Digital, and Experiential teams; tracks outputs and timelines; and compiles weekly status/contact and competitor reports. The role monitors traditional/social media, coordinates social content briefs, contributes to monthly integrated plans/calendars, and supports pitches. You’ll collaborate across teams, surface risks/opportunities, maintain immaculate documentation (budgets, invoices, LPOs, monthly activity reports), and help identify organic growth and award opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams; ensure clear, timely communication.
Draft/discuss creative and PR/media/digital/experiential briefs; monitor progress and deliverables.
Develop monthly integrated engagement plans and calendars; produce weekly status & competitor review reports.
Monitor traditional and social media; coordinate social content briefs and basic community engagement.
Prepare proposals/pitch materials; support online/offline media pitching.
Compile contact reports, meeting notes, and dashboards; ensure on-time client deliverables.
Provide research, insights, and market intelligence to inform strategy.
Track budgets, reconcile costs, support invoicing, contracts, and LPO processes.
Maintain client documentation and monthly activity reports; support award entries.
Build strong stakeholder relationships; escalate issues and propose solutions proactively.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Undergraduate degree in Public Relations & Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years’ PR/communications experience (agency or busy in-house environment); client service/account management exposure.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, creative environment; calm under pressure and deadline-driven.
Team player with proactive, positive attitude; confident communicator and problem-solver.
Business acumen: familiarity with budgets, reconciliation, invoicing, contracts, LPOs; growth mindset.
